Are we allowed to smoke in rooms?

Do you allow pets?

What are your gym hours?

Our gym is open and available for guests 24 hours a day.

Do you have a hot tub?

Our property does not feature a hot tub. We do have an infinity pool, which is exclusive to hotel guests.

Is the pool heated?

Our infinity pool is not heated.

Will the pool be open during my stay?

The pool area opens for the season in March and closes in October, weather permitting.

What is your rain policy?

The pool will close in the event of lightning, wind and/or rain strong enough to create safety concerns for guests and team members.

Do your rooms have jacuzzis?

Our property does not have Jacuzzis or bathtubs in any of the rooms. All of our rooms feature large and luxurious tiled showers.

Do your rooms have mini-fridges or microwaves?

While none of our rooms feature a microwave, each room does feature a mini-fridge.

Do you have any breakfast options?

Yes. Breakfast is available for purchase at the coffee shop daily.

When do you have live music?

Bar patrons can enjoy live piano music every Wednesday night, and the Sapphire Supper Club features live entertainment every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night.

Can I go to the bar when the Sapphire Supper Club is closed?

Yes. The bar is open Wednesday through Sunday from 4 pm to 10 pm.

What happens if I get there before check-in time?

Early check-in begins at 1:00 pm and is based on availability. We cannot guarantee that your room will be ready before check-in time at 4:00 pm.

When will my $100 incidental Authorization be returned?

With most credit cards, the incidental hold is released at check-out and the authorization will drop off 3 to 5 business days after your check-out date. With debit cards, it can take up to 30 days, and prepaid cards can take 60 to 90 days to reflect these changes.

Does your property have a casino?

Our property does not have a casino. However, there are many casinos nearby, including the Hard Rock Casino located directly across the street.

Do your rooms have balconies?

While there are no balcony rooms on the property, the views from our windows are picturesque.
